We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law Concerning the Employee Statute of the Diwan of Protocol for His Majesty the Sultan and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/82 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Protocol.
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Nasser Mohammed Al-Wahaibi—Director General of Administrative and Financial Affairs—at the Diwan of Royal Protocol of His Majesty the Sultan is hereby transferred to the grade of deputy head at the diwan with the Special Grade A, provided that he retains his current job title.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
