Royal Decree 18/83 Appointing a Secretary-General for Conference Affairs in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Legal Affairs

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 105/82 Establishing the Supreme Committee for the Conferences of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Mohammed Nasser Al-Alawi is hereby appointed Secretary-General for Conference Affairs in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Legal Affairs, with his current financial grade, entitlements, and remuneration, transferred from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Article 2

All government entities shall implement this decree, each within its mandate.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
