We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement of the Arab Telecommunications Union issued by the Extraordinary Plenipotentiary Conference in Tunis-Hammamet from 23 November to 5 December 1981,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The signature of the representative of the Sultanate on the mentioned Agreement of the Arab Telecommunications Union is hereby approved.
Article 2
The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
