We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement Establishing the Arab Tourism Organization, affiliated with the League of Arab States, signed on 13 June 1979 and approved by the Economic and Social Council at its twenty-eighth session by its decision 811 dated 11-13 February 1980,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Ambassador Mohammed Said Al-Marhoon—Ambassador of the Sultanate to the Republic of Tunisia—is hereby authorised to sign on Our behalf the mentioned agreement.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
