We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Commercial Companies Law 4/74,
and the Constitutive Contract and Articles of Association of Oman National Fisheries Company,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of the mentioned Oman National Fisheries Company as representatives of the share of the Government of the Sultanate:
– Abdullah Ali Bakthir, Director General of Fisheries at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
– Omar Said Al-Marhoon, Director General of the Headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
