We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and article II of Royal Decree 58/81 Appointing a Secretary for the Council of Ministers,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal bin Said shall undertake the duties of the Acting Secretary of the Council of Ministers and is hereby granted the first grade of the first circle designated for an undersecretary of a ministry.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
