We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments by Royal Decree 53/82,
and the Articles of Association of Gulf Air “Joint-Stock Company”,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The following are hereby appointed as representatives of the government to the Board of Directors of Gulf Air Company:
– The Minister of Transport.
– The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Civil Aviation and Meteorology Affairs.
– The Undersecretary of Financial Affairs.
– The Director General of Civil Aviation.
Article 2
The Minister of Transport shall implement this decree.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
