Royal Decree 12/84 Ratifying the Agreement on Media Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 8/83 Authorising the Minister of Information to Sign the Agreement on Media Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia,

and the Agreement on Media Cooperation signed in Muscat on 9 February 1983 Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Agreement on Media Cooperation signed Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
