We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Law 4/75 Reorganising the Capital Municipality,
and the draft Twinning Agreement Between the City of Muscat and the City of Casablanca in the Kingdom of Morocco,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Chairman of the Capital Municipality is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Twinning Agreement Between the City of Muscat and the City of Casablanca.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
