Royal Decree 106/84 Appointing a Member to the Board of Directors of Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited as Representative of the Share of the Government (Repealed)

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74,

Royal Decree 53/82 Appointing Government Representatives to the Boards of Directors of the Companies in Which It Contributes,

and the Articles of Association of Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Ali bin Ahmed Al-Ansari is hereby appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the mentioned Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited as representative of the share of the government in it.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
