Royal Decree 12/85 Exempting the Oman Aviation Services Company from Customs Duties on Its Imports

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 52/81 Establishing Oman Aviation Services Company and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Oman Aviation Services Company is hereby exempted from customs duties on its imports to carry out its activity within the limits of its powers in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Royal Decree 52/81 and its amendments, as of the date of its establishment.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
