We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 75/81 Making Appointments in the Palace Office,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Major General Ali bin Majid Al-Maamari—Head of the Palace Office—is hereby granted the rank of minister, and his authorities are hereby determined in accordance with the competences approved by Us.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
