We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law Concerning the Statute of the Officers of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs and its amendments,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The services of Suleiman bin Hamad bin Suleiman Al-Harthy are hereby transferred from the Ministry of Housing to the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 1 July 1985.
