We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 68/79 Establishing the Council for Environmental Protection and Pollution Control and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Council for Environmental Protection and Pollution Control is hereby recomposed under Our chairmanship as follows:
Minister of Transportation Deputy chairman
Minister of Environment Assistant deputy chairman
Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries Member
Minister of Electricity and Water Member
Minister of Health Member
Minister of Housing Member
Minister of Interior Member
Minister of Commerce and Industry Member

Minister of Regional Municipalities Affairs Member
Head of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs Member
Secretary General of the Council for Environmental Protection and Pollution Control Member
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
