Royal Decree 70/86 Ratifying the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Iraq for Air Services Between and beyond Their Respective Territories

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 23/85 Authorising the Minister of Transportation to Sign the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Iraq for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories,

and the provisions of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 25 February 1985,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Iraq for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
