We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 27/85 Establishing a Supreme Committee for Town Planning,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Mohammed bin Moosa Al-Yousef—Undersecretary of Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and Economy—is hereby appointed Secretary to the Supreme Committee for Town Planning.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
