Royal Decree 27/87 Appointing a Secretary to the Planning Committee for Development and Environment in the Southern Region

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

Royal Decree 48/84 Establishing the Planning Committee for Development and Environment in the Southern Region and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 27/86 Amending the Powers and Organisational Structure of the Planning Committee for Development and Environment in the Southern Region,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Mohammed bin Faraj Al-Ghassani is hereby appointed Secretary to the Planning Committee for Development and Environment in the Southern Region with the grade of undersecretary of a ministry.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
