Royal Decree 60/87 Establishing Embassies for the Sultanate of Oman in the People’s Democratic Republic of Yemen and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

An embassy for the Sultanate is hereby established in each of:

(a) The People’s Democratic Republic of Yemen.

(b) The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
