We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sayyid Hilal bin Hamad Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Advisor to the State for Islamic Affairs.
Article 2
Sayyid Hilal bin Saud bin Harib Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Minister of Justice, Endowments, and Islamic Affairs.
Article 3
Musallam bin Ali Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar.
Article 4
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
