We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to:
1. Said bin Ali bin Nasser Al-Busaidi
2. Badriya bint Hamdan bin Khamis Al-Darei
3. Amina bint Shamis bin Mohammed Al-Kiyumi
4. Suleiman bin Said bin Rashid Al-Ghafri
5. Yahya bin Said bin Salim Al-Shukaili
6. Safiya bint Said bin Salim Al-Shukaili
7. Khadija bint Amer bin Mohammed Al-Eisari
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
