Royal Decree 26/89 Appointing the Secretary General of the Development Council as a Member of Some Specialised Councils and as a Member of a Committee

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Secretary General of the Development Council is hereby appointed a member of:

– Financial Affairs Council

– Education and Vocational Training Council

– The Planning Committee for Development and Environment in the Southern Region

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
