Royal Decree 66/89 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement on Technical Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Switzerland

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the draft Agreement on Technical Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Switzerland,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Environment is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement on Technical Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Switzerland.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
