Royal Decree 62/90 Authorising the Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on Cultural and Media Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Zanzibar

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the draft Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Zanzibar on Cultural and Media Cooperation,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Consul General of the Sultanate of Oman in Zanzibar is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Zanzibar on Cultural and Media Cooperation.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
