Royal Decree 69/90 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria on the Establishment of a Joint Committee

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the draft Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria on the Establishment of a Joint Committee,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs is hereby authorised to sign, on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate, the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria on the Establishment of a Joint Committee.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
