Royal Decree 89/90 Transferring Ambassadors to the Headquarters of the Foreign Ministry

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Nizar bin Mohammed bin Ali—Our ambassador to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics—is hereby transferred to the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry.

Article II

Ambassador Dawood bin Hamdan bin Abdullah Al-Hamdan—Our ambassador to Japan—is hereby transferred to the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
