We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the initialled Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
