We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Sheikh Hamad bin Ali bin Said Al-Ghafri is hereby appointed Deputy Governor of Dhofar.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 7/94 Establishing the Internal Security Service Pension Fund,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

A new article numbered 2bis is hereby added to the mentioned Royal Decree 7/94 with the following text:

The Head of the Internal Security Service shall issue the constitution of the fund and its internal regulations.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article I

His Excellency Sayyid Sultan bin Hamad bin Hilal Al-Busaidi, Our ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, is hereby transferred to the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry.

Article II

Sheikh Mohammed bin Marhoon bin Ali Al-Mamari is hereby appointed an ambassador in the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry with his current financial allocations.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
