We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 9/86 Issuing the Law of Sultan Qaboos University,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Hammad bin Hamad Al-Ghafri is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education.
Article II
Hamad bin Sulaiman bin Hamad Al-Gharibi is hereby appointed Secretary General of Sultan Qaboos University.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
