Royal Decree 22/99 Amending the General System of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the General System of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry issued on 15 May 1973 and its amendments,

and the Commercial and Industry Law issued by Royal Decree 55/90 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments are hereby made to the mentioned General System of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
