We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Agreement on the Establishment of the International Vaccine Institute,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the mentioned Agreement on the Establishment of the International Vaccine Institute is hereby approved.
Article 2
Competent entities shall undertake the procedures for acceding to the agreement in accordance with its provisions.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
