Royal Decree 40/2004 Appointing Members in the Public Prosecution

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Judicial Authority Law issued by Royal Decree 90/99 and its amendments,

and the Public Prosecution Law issued by Royal Decree 92/99,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Those named in the attached list are hereby appointed to the position of Junior Public Prosecution Officer.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
