Royal Decree 20/2006 Amending the Name of the Directorate General of Inventory and Administrative Affairs at the Secretariat General for Taxation at the Ministry of Finance

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree 26/75 and its amendments,

the Corporate Income Tax Law issued by Royal Decree 47/81 and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 39/96 Determining the Mandates of the Ministry of Finance and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The name of the “Directorate General of Inventory and Administrative Affairs” at the Secretariat General for Taxation at the Ministry of Finance is hereby amended to “Directorate General of Inventory and Tax Agreements”.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
