We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
Royal Decree 43/97 Establishing the Oman Establishment for Press, News, Publication, and Advertising and its amendments,
the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 120/2004 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The appointment of Abdullah bin Nasser bin Musallam Al-Rahbi is hereby amended to become Executive President of the Oman Establishment for Press, Publication, and Advertising with his current grade.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
