Royal Decree 79/2007 Approving the Assignment by Indago Oman Limited of 49.9999% of its Rights and Obligations in the Petroleum Agreement Signed on 28 June 2006 (Block 43A) to Indago Ventures

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Oil and Minerals Law issued by Royal Decree 42/74,

Royal Decree 89/2006 Approving the Petroleum Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate and Indago Oman Limited (Block 43A),

and the collection of documents by which Indago Oman Limited has assigned part of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 28 June 2006 (Block 43A) to Indago Ventures, which accepts this assignment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The assignment by Indago Oman Limited of 49.9999% of its rights and obligations in the mentioned petroleum agreement signed on 28 June 2006 to Indago Ventures is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
