We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree 26/75,
Royal Decree 47/92 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health,
and Royal Decree 38/2002 Determining the Mandates of the Ministry of Health,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The level of the Khoula Hospital Directorate is hereby upgraded to a directorate general subordinate to the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Health Affairs named the “Directorate General of Khoula Hospital”.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
