Royal Decree 39/2010 Appointing Non-Resident Ambassadors

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Dr Zainab bint Ali bin Said Al-Qasimiya, Our ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to:

– The Republic of Poland.

– The Republic of Finland.

– The Kingdom of Denmark.

Article II

Ambassador Mohammed bin Awad bin Abdulrahman Al-Hassan, Our ambassador to the Russian Federation, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to:

– The Republic of Ukraine.

– The Republic of Moldova.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
