Royal Decree 47/2010 Approving the Assignment by Reliance Exploration and Production MDMC of 25% of Its Rights and Obligations in the Petroleum Agreement Signed on 12 November 2007 (Block 41) to Oman Oil Exploration and Production LLC

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Oil and Minerals Law issued by Royal Decree 42/74,

Royal Decree 128/2007 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Reliance Exploration and Production MDMC Block 41,

and the collection of documents by which Reliance Exploration and Production MDMC assigned part of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 12 November 2007 (Block 41) to Oman Oil Exploration and Production LLC, which accepts this assignment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The assignment by Reliance Exploration and Production MDMC of 25% of its rights and obligations in the mentioned petroleum agreement signed on 12 November 2007 to Oman Oil Exploration and Production LLC is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
