Royal Decree 19/2012 Appointing a Non-Resident Ambassador

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Lyutha bint Sultan bin Ahmed Al-Mughairiya, delegate of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Nations in New York, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Cuba and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
