Public Authority for Privatisation and Partnership: Decision 4/2020 Issuing the Executive Regulation of the Privatisation Law

Based on the Privatisation Law issued by Royal Decree 51/2019,

Royal Decree 54/2019 Establishing the Public Authority for Privatisation and Partnership and Issuing Its Statute,

and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Privatisation and Partnership,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The provisions of the attached Executive Regulation of the Privatisation Law hereby apply.

Article II

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
