We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011,
the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Eni Oman BV, and BP Exploration (Epsilon) Limited for Block 77 signed on 31 July 2019,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The aforementioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.
