We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
Royal Decree 124/2008 Establishing the Oman Human Rights Commission and Determining Its Competences,
and Royal Decree 29/2019 Appointing the Members to the Oman Human Rights Commission,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Khalid bin Ahmed bin Said Al-Saadi is hereby appointed a member in the Oman Human Rights Commission replacing the member whose name is stated in the third clause of article 1 of the aforementioned Royal Decree 29/2019.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.
