Based on the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,
and the Regulation of the Omani Friendship Associations promulgated by Ministerial Decision 341/2007,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
The Oman-Türkiye Friendship Association is hereby founded, and its constitution shall be recorded in the register prepared by the ministry for this purpose.
Article II
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
