Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion: Ministerial Decision 250/2023 Determining the Fees of Restructuring Applications for the Merchant Debtor

Based on the Bankruptcy Law promulgated by Royal Decree 53/2019,

Royal Decree 97/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The fee for restructuring applications of the merchant debtor is hereby determined at 10 (ten) Rial Omani.

Article II

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
