We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,
and Royal Decree 28/2023 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Foreign Ministry,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Khalid bin Hashel bin Mohammed Al-Muslahi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
