the Academic Regulation of the Oman College of Health Sciences issued by Ministerial Decision 1/2019,
and the approval of the Board of Trustees of the Oman College of Health Sciences and the Higher Institute for Health Specialties,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
The provisions of the attached Academic Regulation of the Oman College of Health Sciences hereby apply.
Article II
The attached Academic Regulation of the Oman College of Health Sciences applies to students enrolled in the study of academic programmes at the college as of the academic year 2024/2025. As for students enrolled in the study of academic programmes at the college before the aforementioned academic year, the provisions of the regulations that were applicable while they were enrolled in study at the time apply to them.
Article III
The aforementioned Academic Regulation of the Oman College of Health Sciences is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached regulation or in conflict with its provisions.
Article IV
This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
