Royal Decree 81/2025 Ratifying the Protocol Concerning Amendments to the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation on Commercial, Economic, and Technical Cooperation

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

Royal Decree 19/95 Approving the Signing of and Ratifying the Agreement on Trade, Economic, and Technical Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation,

and the Protocol Concerning Amendments to the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Russian Federation on Commercial, Economic, and Technical Cooperation signed in the city of Moscow on 22 April 2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned protocol is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
