Royal Decree 70/2004 Amending Some Provisions of the Internal Regulation of Majlis Al-Dawla

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the System of Majlis Al-Dawla and Majlis Al-Shura issued by Royal Decree 86/97 and its amendments,

and the Internal Regulation of Majlis Al-Dawla issued by Royal Decree 87/97 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments are hereby made to the mentioned Internal Regulation of Majlis Al-Dawla.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
