Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority: Decision 45/2022 Issuing the Regulation Governing Business Incubators

Based on Royal Decree 107/2020 Establishing the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The provisions of the attached Regulation Governing Business Incubators shall apply.

Article II

Those addressed by the provisions of the attached regulation shall rectify their status within 3 (three) months from the date of its entry into force.

Article III

All that is contrary to this decision, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article IV

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
