We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
Royal Decree 42/74 issuing the Oil and Minerals Law,
and the Petroleum Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and a Group of Companies (1) Novos Australia Energy Company BTY Limited (2) Atlantis Holding Norway AS (3) Eagle Energy (Oman) Limited signed on 20 September 1999 between the Minister of Oil and Gas on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the mentioned companies.TLimited (2) Atlantis Holding Norway A.S (3) Eagle Energy (Oman) Limited signed on 20 September 1999 between the Minister of Oil and Gas on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate and the mentioned companies,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows

The Petroleum Agreement signed on 20 September 1999 Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and a Group of Companies (1) Novos Australia Energy Company BTY Limited (2) Atlantis Holding Norway AS (3) Eagle Energy (Oman) Limited is hereby approved.TY Limited (2) Atlantis Holding Norway A.S S (3) Eagle Energy (Oman) Limited
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
