Royal Decree 86/99 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Supreme Committee for Town Planning (Repealed)

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and Royal Decree 27/85 Establishing a Supreme Committee for Town Planning,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Organisational Structure of the Supreme Committee for Town Planning is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article 2

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
